Well 2013 is not starting off well for Cell C, since last year November 2012, the service in my area has dropped so dramatically which is very disappointing as during 2012 I was a very happy customer, now it is a completely different story. Cell C has gone from Hero to Zero in 2 months.

Looks like your signal is bad. Try find a place in your house with better reception and check the speeds. I had similar issues with CellC in Newlands, Cape Town. Turned out their tower was oversubscribed. They were far to incompetant to understand that though. I eventually had to return my speedstick and tell them it was "broken" to get a refund.

Now I'm stuck with an oversubscribed Telkom exchange - you just can't win:cry:
