Well ok basically, if you guys arnt happy , which i am sure ALL of you are not, like myself i have issues with ADSL pricing and capping structure. Who do we complain to ... you call saix they say phone your ISP and get a reference number. Like that will help ... Well i called icasa communications complaints division and i sent them a complaint via email. I dont know if it will help. But i do know that if 100-200 people send in complaints , it might, you know they say the more the merrier.. well if you wanna have something to say about the pricing and capping email your complaint to [email protected]. I am sure if enough people bitch about the issue something can get doen. I dont see why we have to pay a fortune for something that isnt gaurenteed in the first place. especially when in th UK you getting 2MB lines and uncapped accounts for 20 pound which is about 300-330 rand a month. Why should us end users suffer and break ourselves for people who wanna make a killing on our pockets. i know my pockets are not deep enough to spend 700-1350 a month on a internet connection.
