Complaints for the SAIX pricing structure and capping

Well ok basically, if you guys arnt happy , which i am sure ALL of you are not, like myself i have issues with ADSL pricing and capping structure. Who do we complain to ... you call saix they say phone your ISP and get a reference number. Like that will help ... Well i called icasa communications complaints division and i sent them a complaint via email. I dont know if it will help. But i do know that if 100-200 people send in complaints , it might, you know they say the more the merrier.. well if you wanna have something to say about the pricing and capping email your complaint to [email protected]. I am sure if enough people bitch about the issue something can get doen. I dont see why we have to pay a fortune for something that isnt gaurenteed in the first place. especially when in th UK you getting 2MB lines and uncapped accounts for 20 pound which is about 300-330 rand a month. Why should us end users suffer and break ourselves for people who wanna make a killing on our pockets. i know my pockets are not deep enough to spend 700-1350 a month on a internet connection.
 
Have complained to ICASA twice, and have also spoken to the DA to put pressure on the Gvt and ICASA in parliament. No use speaking to SAIX/Telkom, you will simply be ignored.
 
Im sending a mail as soon as im done typing this. Come on guys, please everyone send your complaints to them. Its no use complaining in dozens of threads on here. Spend 60seconds and send them a mail.
