that DDR2 RAM, u should make it less, u can get 2giggers for about R400 in incredible deception.

i'd say about R410

from a brief look prices look ok (poor dealer making about 10% on cost, shame), but sheez, get a Toshiba laptop for about 7k, Xbox360 arcade for 2k and then rainbow 6 and cod4, and away you go - you wont have to upgrade your graphics card every 6 months just to keep up with things.

It is for a client that wants a decent system. He will only video chat and skype.

@ Pitbull,
I can remove that one but perhaps his kids would want to play Games?

@Boodles,
I think it is neccesary, like to be on the safe side...

cool :)

Was just wondering. But you can cut the price by a few R 100 if you shop a little. But the effort is not worth it anyway ;)

Looks good

dude if he is not gaming dont bother with the vga card

also drop norton quickly

I'm still wondering about the VGA Card.
Why drop Norton? Its R200?

@Pitbull
Yes, acctually forgot about that. Around R1200....

@furnic
No, he is a nice guy. I like him.
Hahaha.

I would rather put in the Nvidia 8600GT (its prolly like R150 more) and much better card.

Also rather get 22" Widescreen LCD , and normal speakers (2.1 System)

I'll rather have a nice screen and Nice VGA card. vs Having UBER sound and alot of devices your not gonna use 80% of the time.

Main items is screen , vga card , memory, CPU and MOtherboard. If those are nice, then your system runs nice :>

Yes, I see your point but remember he will be doing VOIP and Video Chat. Perhaps someone else will play games and what not but he should be happy.

@WKJ?:beanie

What should I use then?
