Dear Client,
Your support and satisfaction are important to us, and we hope we have been successful in providing you with excellent customer service.
We herewith regret to inform you that to continue providing our clients with a top-quality service we are forced to, for the first time since our establishment, exercise a mandatory and crucial increase in our monthly service fees. We have done our best to keep this increase as low as possible to have as little impact on our clients as we possibly can, and managed to keep this to an approximate 8% for existing clients. The price increase will take effect from the 1st of October 2018 and will reflect on your October 2018 invoice issued on 25 September. The increase is applicable to all Comtel converged services fibre to the home clients.
To avoid the price increase clients who are not currently in a contract, are encouraged to sign up on a minimum 12 month contract to secure the current service fee, as clients within a contract will not be affected by the price increase for the duration of the balance of the contract.
The below table indicates the actual pricing change.
