comx/Laptop Direct

I've never bought anything from comx/Laptop Direct. Do they offer good service?
 
Yeah, I've only ever had good service from ComX, I would however avoid any Mecer Laptops, they're incredibly unreliable, I've had a 75% failure rate, luckily the units were still just in their warranty periods
 
It's highly annoying that in South Africa the are only maybe 1 or 2 reliable online shops. And when I say reliable I mean service wise, delivery times, stock availability etc. Had several problems with a few online shops. :twisted:

I have, or know people who have had good service with:

- Takealot
- Raru
- Loot
- Kalahari (I suppose that doesn't count anymore)
- Wootware
- Evetech
- HiFi Corp (I bought a fridge online - not sure if that counts)
- Dion Wired

I am missing one or two - can't remember the names :/
 
Well I bough many products from comx and they very good. i bought cpu coolers, PSU's etc etc from them never had any issues related to the shop. Once I bought 2 cooler master AIO coolers that had issues but that wasn't comx fault. They even went as far as giving me my money back wen i returned them.

That's good customer service.
 
Same question as above. What has recent service quality been like?
