Confusing Telkom website

When selecting certain phones there is an option not to add a plan but rather "device insurance premiums", does the below page mean:

That is the price for insurance and it states that it is the device insurance, with brief description just underneath. You will notice that when you select price plan the price change accordingly.

Telkom must really redesign their website. Less pictures, less empty (albeit colourful) spaces, more clickable/menu options closer together.
