Connection failed. The profile is invalid.

Hi, so I got this yesterday and I am unable to connect to the Internet. "Connection failed. The profile is invalid"

This happens when I set it too 3G and 4G is just blank. I have no idea what to do because the connection was fine then all of a sudden it dropped and now I cannot connect even after resetting the router. (At some point after a few minutes 3G connects but 4G does not and if I try it then I have to set it to 3G again and wait until it works.)

Anyone had this problem before? B315s-936

Had to use my phone to post so I can't see if everything is nicely typed.

When did it stop working? At midnight last night mine went down, along with a bunch of people on Twitter.

Mine starts having problems just before midnight and when I switch sims to my 500Gb it just dies and 3G sometimes connects and other times it give me the profile error.

Telkom may be the problem then if more people are getting disconnected after midnight.
