Connections to Cloudflare.com not working via Telkom LTE

Since some time last week, whenever I browse a site that makes use of cloudflare.com for any resources, those cloudflare.com resources just don't load at all. (on Firefox the status bar at the bottom left shows "connecting to cdnjs.cloudflare.com..." for minutes and just gives up.
If I test the same site after connecting my machine to my MTN cellphone's mobile hotspot, then the site loads perfectly without an issue.
Attached is a side-by-side of two tracerts...on the left is while connected to my MTN cellphone's mobile hotspot...on the right is when connected to my Telkom LTE router.
Please advise how I can go about resolving this?

Yes been having major issue with Cloudflare DNS 1111 on Telkom network. Seems like something is not great there. Changed back to google DNS and all fine again.

You can try lodge a fault but IMHO it's not worth it and will cause you more stress than it's worth. They usually go away by themselves.

I am seeing this a lot.. also on access to MyBroadband.co.za.
On this website, especially at night, access to the forum, stalls, the page sits loading forever.
On other sites, I get those dreaded 502 pages

Johannesburg, cellular connection:
For number of months it was routing MyBB traffic to the Cloudflare server in Capetown, adding also extra 30-50ms on one of Telkom node.

Usually one IP do not give any response, after rebooting the router another IP gives a delay between 125ms (another day 150ms) at the Cloudflare server or a return path to Telkom. MyBB page takes couple second to load, normally instantly. See:
