I have googled, but I am looking for a good construction management software,Does anyone know
what the guys like group 5 and sinyati etc use.

MS Project, Primavera, CCS are three we use depends on the client. Also depends what you want out of the software ?

CCS does all of that it all http://www.ccssa.com/ it really depends on what you want to do with it though there are other packages if you need any other info holla...

oops missed that, it is a monthly rental you can't buy the software it costs around R850/mnth. for a licence you can get a trial off their website which does let you try everything out for as long as you want you just can't share the files between computers/users.
