All this convergence stuff means pretty much nothing to the average man on the street. With broadband prices where they are, it would be like buying a cool V12 8 liter super car, parking it in the garage and leaving it there, as the price of petrol is just way too high to drive the thing. Maybe on the odd occasion you start it up and listen to the lovely thump thump sound it makes whilst idling (that is when you have a look at the TV Schedule of your nice shiny new IPTV, see what you what movies are playing and then switching off your TV - price of bandwidth too high so can't watch a nice HD movie.)
