So moving into a new property on 1 July, signed up with Cool Ideas this morning one of the questions was is there an existing fibre box, and unfortunately as I'm not in the country I asked my partner and she said yes.
Initially thought it was openserve so that's who I selected on the drop down menu.
Had an email from CI asking for the B number on the ONT, missus went over to property now and turns out it's a metrofibre.
Does that mean I have to stick with metro fibre or should I contact CI and tell them to arrange with openserve.
All very confusing especially when you trying to do things remotely.
