Cool ideas blocking firefox addons

I recently became aware on the 21 Sept that i could no longer access firefox addons i keep gettingError code: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR Please can someone help me address this situation
 
Hi, we don't block anything. Which FNO and router are you using? Are you using our DNS servers?

I am using a peplink router. I found out every device on the network cant access firefox addons and firefox accounts, I reset firefox but it still didnt work.
 
IF Cool ideas didnt block it the why does an error come up like this:erroe.PNG

Cool Ideas said they never blocked it although Firefox webpage does say they are doing maintenence on their firefox accounts but i highly doubt it is related as i tried on my phone using mobile data and it works

Well,again,what's likelier - you're a special flower getting blocked,or something in or on your network is causing doodoo?

So what would you recommend? should i wait until the maintenece has finished becuase i am concerned about this as hopefully it is not malware in the network

Reading up on that error there are quite a few causes, I would try bypass your router and see from there.

Also make sure to check your DNS settings?

So just to confirm Cool Ideas did not block this and this is another problem?
 
Does Cool ideas block VPN's as i use one for work purposes
 
Also how would i know if a website is been blocked by my isp?
