As was so nicely pointed out above me, that award is unfortunately taken by Katie Hopkins.... but I have to commend @PBCool for dealing with those comments so calmly. He didn't have to take any time at all on a Sunday to be here to try and help and yet he was and he tried and was still called useless. Kids these days.

So I heard from the family that the line dropped a few times today even with the CI supplied TP Link. I saved a log file from the new router and sent it through on the ticket. When you get a chance, please can you check it out. It looks like something is up with the PPP connection?

Ok cool, if PPP is dropping this means a line issue. Will follow up.

Noticed any difference when you play international games ? I’m guessing It’s got to do with the fact there’s no accelerator now

Yeah I gave up on it last year already. There is a thread in the last 2 weeks where some of us briefly discussed the issues.

Hi @PBCool . Have you guys had feedback from Vodacom regarding price drops? I see they have dropped the prices on the higher speed packages now (100/100 down from R1500 to R1250).
