What happens when not on VPN? And which game/s?

Morning. I also have issues with Microsoft Teams this morning. Very difficult to start calls. Frustrating.

Tracing the route to my office packets starts getting lost between the following hops:

0% Loss - 100.98.0.4
21% Loss - africanx.ixp.capetown - 196.60.70.7

Microsoft Sites seems to affected as well as mybroadband.
