Hi CoolIdeas staff. I received my Cuddy router today, but I can't log into the router online to make changes using "admin" or the router's password. Why would that be?

Hi, Thank you for reaching out. It would either be "admin" or "coolideas1", as our router techs change it when they do the initial configuration.
I would recommend changing it to something else afterwards.
 
@PBCool on unrelated matter to my issue
the packet loss i was seeing on WinMTR towards router goes away if I make polling every 5 seconds
and it goes up % wise the lower I reduce the polling time of ping
could it just be that the router cant handle X amount of ping requests / second or something ?
This is unrelated to the line issue but was just wondering why i was seeing loss to router

The municipality guys were cutting down the trees and they cut out some of the tubes on the link cable.

This going to turn into a thing again with Vuma. They are just so useless.
