I wish I could ask Vuma Directly I really wish then I could cut out the middle man but you can not call them directly as they closed there call center roughly 2 years ago think it was just after Lockdown or just before. No one can provide a number that I can contact them, If someone could provide me with a number then I will not bug Cool Ideas anymoreSeeing as it's vuma's line shouldn't you be asking them? I just need a small amount of emailsIs the mailfw1.cisp.co.za port 587 SMTP Server still open for CISP customers? I've submitted a telnet test msg which was accepted but it's not been delivered.

Do you have an edgerouter x by any chance??

so i have an issue, been battling with your team since i've signed up in Jan, im on the 500/200 package with you guys and till now im only getting 300mbps download. i've spoken to so many of your guys and they really are clueless and cant help...
so someone said they going to get someone else to call me this evening, lets see if they help, if not, i'll send you a msg to assist coz eveyrtime i speak to someone at CI, i have to do a speedtest through LAN, i dont mind at all, but i mean every single time and thats the only thing they ask my to do, then no feedback from them.
i'd really like to get my full speeds, heck, even 90% of it would be great

Huge problems with Vuma Villages in PMB at the moment, I suspect it's related to DFA backhaul again.

EDIT: Suddenly fixed itself lol.
I had a 500/250 like with Openserve, and received about 520 mbps via 5G on my cudy via Laptop. My mobile could only do 300mbps max (A22)Edit: Wifi is not great though (but I don't think these routers of 1gb wifi) I only get 300mbs on wireless. Cabled I'm fine tho
