HI, I'm unsure if you missed this yesterday, but have you managed to report the intermittency by any chance?
HI, I'm only seeing an outage for Newlands East Zone 02;Newlands East Zone 05 in Durban
If this is not your area, please kindly log a ticket with Support, so that they can take this up with Vumatel for you.

Regarding ticket #COOL-20240115-1614037 they came and switched out the CPE but its been two hours, and still nothing is working. the CPE lights are all green but I was told to wait 2 hours ago and they would tell me when its fixed as the system is slow, can you help with this?

No, using Vuma Ariel as well, but when it does say those Suburbs are down I am usually down as well.

No, using Vuma Ariel as well, but when it does say those Suburbs are down I am usually down as well.
The start time for this was 14:06pm, which is very close to when you guys reported it.
It could very well be related to the POP that serves Vumatel Aerial as well
