Cool Ideas or Supersonic?

Like @PBCool explained about Vumatel if an address is not on their system but in the coverage area the order that is submitted by the ISP gets rejected. A manual request needs to be sent to Vumatel to create the address. This is known as premise creation and can take some time. Once that is done then only can an order be resubmitted. When an order is pending for a week or so the client gets frustrated and cancel the pending order with the ISP and signs up with another ISP. The order then gets submitted automatically and the process moves along creating the false impression that the ISP delaying installation when in fact we did the heavy lifting and the second ISP is seen as the good guys. It's unfortunately really because behind the scenes someone from the ISP is asking for a follow up every single day.

As for Openserve there seems to be an issue with the API causing coverage related issues. @Ibanez4020 I'm disappointed you weren't helped because you could have signed up as a pre order and then a manual order could have been placed on the Openserve portal so that is where we dropped the ball. I'm hoping to change things around mybb when it comes to Afrihost. Some issues is way beyond be when it comes to 3rd parties but I will always try to help out. Door is always open to welcome you should you ever wanted to give us a second chance.
