Cool Ideas are selling services they don't have, and their 'service' comes down to outright lies. After putting in an application 5 weeks ago and being told that there is coverage in our area i had to call numerous times to follow up on my installation i was promised a call back every time and no call back was made. on Monday they promised me installation for Thursday and today I find out that their service provider is not even in the area. So we have been led on and outright lied to for 5 weeks
WORST COMPANY EVER...they are sitting with our details and bank account details in the mean time.
