Cool Ideas - TT Connect. No internet

Hey all,

Anybody experiencing no internet on Cool Ideas without TT Connect?

I can't even log into my router...
 
No general issues Lloydizle, I have dropped you a PM. More than likely a line fault.
 
Yeah sorry to hear that, we have no control over the lines obviously. We will try and escalate via TTConnect if that's the issue, if the router is faulty we can have another one couriered to you, or you can pick one up from us. But we will need to go through some more troubleshooting on your current one.

Hi there, as mentioned. I managed to get a ping and connect to the router via a wired connection. I think the Fibre is down in my area? (I'm in Aloe Place 1 in Greenstone Hill)
 
Just got home and still no internet...

I've literally only had Fibre since Friday and 3 times already it's been cut off...

Today being the longest (over 12 hours now).
