There's apparently a prob with Wonderboom tower in Pretoria, should be resolved by 19:00. Had a surprising experience just now, call answered within 2 minutes and completed within 6 minutes...
Extremely low speeds the whole day:
* Download time: 587.755 seconds
* Size of file: 500 KiloBytes
* Estimated line speed: 6.9 (kilobits/second)
* Estimated line speed: 0.9 (kiloBytes/second)

UTD on USB during Telkom speed test:
Signal: 100%
FER: 0% - 7%, jumped once to 73% and about 3 times to 16%
Link speed down: mostly 0, then around 7kbps, occasionally up to 16 kbps and even 24 kbps once or twice
