I just saw how big the new Coolermaster V10 CPU/mobo cooler is, WOW, its is the biggest of its kind ive ever seen!

On the coolermaster site is says that the weight is 1.2kg. poor motherboard!!!
Its got some pretty impressive features, 90cfm fans, and 10heatpipes.

So will any of you be getting one??? what do you guys think of it?

Why on earth would someone want this, now-adays the CPU's run a lot cooler.

Yeah I saw advanced pics of it in december ... I got the V8 - also damn big. Works a charm, dropped my temps 20C !

Got this on my CPU:
Coolermaster Hyper TX 2
More than enough for me, thanks ;)

how are your temps ? I first bought the Coolermaster Sphere, but it was worse than my stock intel cooler ! Thats why I took the V8. The supplier had it in stock and I was moeg of applying thermal paste !

for one its more than just a few extra $$$ and two, some of us dont go to extreme OC's.

Uhm, V10 and Gigabyte's only differ R300 on price... And you don't go WC just for extreme OCing...

Have the same cooler and for the price, it's very good. Got the TT Blue Orb now, so I can do some OCing now. :D

Yeah, the V8 is pretty good. Can't believe you are running at 3Ghz only. :D

Ja, I stuffed around for a week trying to get a stable clock with reasonable temps. I think I got a crappy CPU. runs to hot and unstable at 3.4, plus then I cant get my ram to OC more than 1066, so then i have to clock it down. I'll give it another try when I need to. But right now it seems pointless to go higher. Aint a damn thing it cant do at the moment and I run 1920X1080. So my GTX280 still not even feeling the pressure !

I maxed out Crysis highest settings I could go to and it was silky smooth ! Full AA the lot !!! Man it looked good !!

Forgot to mention that even at stock speeds my 6600 was idle at 48C loaded was over 70C (stock cooler). So i lapped the damn chip too!
