Don't even have an idea of what everything would cost but budget isn't really an issue.
Will definitely get more case fans but thinking of going for water cooling due to the noise because the pc can already em quite noisy because of the gpu.
But yet again... I really have zero idea of what I need.

Definitely not going pro status.
Cpu is at 3.5ghz n would like to take it to 3.9 or so.
Ram is at 1600mhz.
Don't think I'll overclock my gpu.
Would 2 more case fans be sufficient or would I need further gpu cooling?
How much would a water cooling system cost me and what parts of the pc would it keep cool?
Will that aio cooler replace some of the fans like the cpu fan or case fans?
N then just leave the gpu as is?

So you saying I can push it to 3.9ghz without any extra cooling?
Do I just need to change my cpu ratio to bring it up? Will I need to increase the voltage as well?
Looking to overclock my pc.
Not sure of what kind of cooling I'll need.
Help please
