Cops abused after pulling Winnie's car over

Why doesnt SA just do what the americans have done for a long time and strap some cameras the police cars? Video will show whose word is worth more, case close in 1 sitting.

Sigh.

Lol, they'd just make some dumb reality show out of it, where the hosts try to imitate the overseas version, and then bitch about racism when their favorite doesn't win.

Until corruption is clamped down more I don't see this happening, it will be way too hard for these guys to solicate bribes and obscure the truth.

As Chris Rock once joked,
Nelson Mandela spent 27 years in jail, went through extraordinary hardships and never buckled,
after only a few months free with his wife, he asked for a divorce...

We all know what a lair Winnie is... I would leave the police force if I were these guys, screw them! 19 years and this is how they treat you?

They are willing to get shot at, risk their lives for you and me.....and their boss is too spineless to back them up? Their boss should apologize to them and then resign.

Agree with you 100%

Totally agree with you kingrob.

Its dispicable that the police brass are going to force this cop to apologise. They should fine her the requisite fine and points from AARTO (which is active in JHB i think)..

Plus correct me if I'm wrong, the M1 is a 100km/h speed limit which means Winnie has commited a criminal offence and needs to go to court.

a police should apologize to a criminal because of causing inconvenience when she was performing her duty (criminal behaviour). :wtf: ?????

.......... but it is making sense when it is happening in south africa now. ;)

Shouldn't really get mad at Winnie any more than what you would if you saw a 3yo throwing a temper tantrum because you took her sucker away from her.

Sometimes it's best just to stare and smile in the knowledge and comfort that you are a far superior and intelligent being this creature :)

If I were the cop, I would repeatedly offer a public apology to Winnie, even go live on radio stations and grovel to her for pulling her over because she broke the law like this. How dare I pull her over? How could I have been so insolant and irreverent?

We all know, as with the Deborah/Malema interview, they do not know how to interpret sarcasm.

I wish I was the cop, I could have a lot of fun in endlessly jeering and mocking the great and powerfull Winnie, and she wouldn't even know it! :)

Good scheme!

I like your plan but then again I don't think I would be able to hold myself back from telling her to go shove her apology up her fat black bum!

I read the comments on News 24 and some people say that the cops might be lying, however:
I drove with a friend of mine to Pretoria once, the traffic was epic, so it was sit and go the whole time, until someone pointed out that there is smoke coming from the engine. So we pulled to the emergency lane, and drove slowly so that we could at least get to a petrol station and see what's going on. As we were driving along at like 20km/h someone honked at us from behind, and we actually had to go from the emergency lane onto grass next to it to let three black cars with blue lights on it pass us, then one guy leaned out of the window and said "What the **** are you doing in this lane, you are not allowed to drive in it" and then sped away. We had smoke rising from the engine in no small amount, so I can believe this story about an ANC vehicle.

Oh, that and all the other things she has done :/

Lol, had a run in with those ANC morons yesterday in Roodepoort.

The robot was green for me and red for this fsck. I was halfway over and slammed breaks as this golden jeep number plate VMV606GP sped over the red robot.

On the door of the jeep was a big ANC logo and on the back in white: vote ANC together we can do more.
