IIRC I heard that only a few percentage of rapist gets prosecuted? So they not scared of being caught.

The problem is the legal system. The time required to get the results of the evidence and often the way the victims are treated in court....

considering that most of the cops are overweight, doubt they would have even made it there alive ..... surely there must be some sort of physical fitness required for police??
Also, this nonsense about not having transport is used all the time and really needs to get sorted out, especially when you see there are tons of vehicles at the station, but yet they claim no transport.

Noticed as well how obese some of these officers are.
Staple diet of fat cakes from bribery is the norm for these guys.
