I did download it, but the one I have gets stuck on the main initialisation screen.
Just read the closed beta has past, waiting for open beta it is then.

The game isn't out, how do you want to download a legitimate game off Steam that isn't even out yet?

You probably found a leaked closed beta version, I'm guessing quite a buggy one.

Does the "Read-Me" file have installation instructions i.e. 1) Extract RAR's 2) Mount image ?

No. Why?

Generally when you doanload a non-legit copy of a torrent site, it will come with a NFO file telling you how to install and what to do to get the game running properly. If there wasn't one with it then it's probably not cracked.

There was, there was a crack as well. Just don't work.
I would say I have some experience in matters of this concern.
