Coverage map available!!!

I would recommend you contact the call centre, when you have coverage they should contact you hopefully :)

I already did so.However one can never wait for a response personally.
Imagine:100 years on my skeleton buried under the earth with my now ancient cellphone hooked to the old pc still waiting!
LOL!

or neotel's backbone ;)[/QUOTE

If you use the map directly; I would not even suggest bothering; it is very very slow; this is due to the rendering and the scale of the map.

It is much faster and actually useable if you put in an address in the blocks.

PS: If you donot know the postal code; leave it out.

As for the accuracy of the map; not too sure that is even 80% as I have been on Neotel for a few months now and my area still shows I have no coverage...

haha, im not covered either - sorry Neotel just lost a potential client ^_^

- after reading about the average download speeds, im not anywhere NEAR to be a "potential" client .. going to rather keep my distance on this one

Noticed a slight change in the coverage for CT. I'm still not covered. :(

this is my wish for christmas

I can make that wish happen but their is one catch, you've to move to a new location :P

Ja but then I will still need to have signal if i come back to cape town for holidays. :D

By the way, the device is region locked right? For example if one registered in joburg you can't use it in cape town

That is 100 % right, geographic number locked, 011 will work in JHB. 012 PTA, 021, CPT, 031 Durban etc.
