Quite right. But it's sometimes hard to edit from a phone, if that's what he's using. But logic would suggest he wait's for his temp results before saying anything... But, more importantly, my X850XT is, I'm quite happy to say, nearly silent and never much more than 45degrees since I attached the Zalman Vf700AlCu cooler. My 3GHz P4 still has high temps of up to 70 (during a long SuperPI run) but that's because the Zalman 7000AlCu is set to lowest speed = quietest.
But if you're having high temps, the first, cheapest and smartest option is to get some good old case fans going. And get rid of some dust in your case.
