I have a few queries regarding Fibre to the home internet within CHP. Figured the most efficient way to collect information would be via an anonymous online survey

I am not sure if you are aware. But you guys decided to have Fibrehoods install fibre in your area.

Yes. I am using Fibrehoods and not entirely happy with them or them+my ISP. The survey is to find out how happy/unhappy other users are.

Response so far would indicate that Vox was the popular choice but the happiest users are with Cool Ideas. Also, I am not alone in finding some of my services run faster on ADSL.

Reliability is also variable. Its either pretty solid or pretty kuk. My fibre fails weekly and has been down since the 23rd.

heard similar things from Cool Ideas regarding reliability of the network with fibrehoods. But was not sure if it was true, as some people on here has had no problems, from their posts. We had to choose between fibrehoods and Vuma just across the river in Blairgowrie, and in the end by majority vote, it was decided that Vuma would be our supplier.

First houses go live in January next year.

Yep, I've had no problems since I got installation. 6 months now and line is still solid. Did have 1 or 2 10-15mins downtime a few months back, but that was vox related, not fibrehoods.
