Creating internet shared iburst usb connection?

Hey guys.

Id like to know how i can create a wireless home network using a ZyXEL G-302 v3 internal wireless pci adapter (i just bought).

I bought a Wii and want to connect it to the internet using my pc's iburst usb modem. I really hope its possible otherwise i bought the WLan card for nothing.

I installed the card, my pc "picks" it up but the wireless connection icon (bottom ryt) says "not connected". When i double click a "choose a wireless network" option shows but none found, i want to know how to create one so that my Wii can connect to it. It seems the card will only find other networks.

You need to create an actual wireless network with a Access Point or a internet router. I have the Iburst desktop modem with lan port, which I simply plugged into a SMC wireless broadband router and voila.

With a USB only modem, you will need to get the router and share your internet connection to the router.
