DStv route problems

Hi
I just bought a DStv route and it seem like the network is not working I can connect it to my phone but it can't provide internet so what must I do
Please assist if ur can
 
Hope op got mtn coverage. Hope he have a decent signal.
What does the led's on your new router tell you.

  1. Get yourself a comfortable seat
  2. Make sure your phone is charged and you have plenty of airtime.
  3. Get yourself a good supply of your favourite beverage(s)
  4. Call DStv.
  5. Wait forever for someone to answer. (Be prepared for a few dropped calls)
  6. When you eventually manage to speak to someone be prepared to wait again for your call to be forwarded.
  7. And yes, I've managed to get issues sorted telephonically when we still had DStv, but it took forever.
