4.30pm And it has been called off. South Africa have won by six runs, via the DLS method. They are now leading the five-match series by 2-1. The star of the match was Lizelle Lee, whose brilliant hundred always kept South Africa in the game, even when they lost Mignon du Preez and Marizanne Kapp in quick succession during the batting powerplay.

I agree. Always better for a match to go the full distance. Could so easily have gone against us.
 
26/1 after 8 India batting first. Steady start. Big pressure on India today. Would love SA to clinch the series today.
 
Side unchanged from Friday. Luus, Chetty still out with niggles. SA B team has no right being 2-1 up in the series but here we are.
 
Saffers looking sloppy in the field. Lots of soft touches, dropped catch, missed run outs x2, poor fielding, leaking runs. Putting themselves under pressure here. Priya dropped on 9. She's on 30 now and going hard.
 
3rd wicket partnership starting to look ominous for SA. 73 off 104 and they looking super comfortable.

100 off 128. This partnership is taking the game away from SA. And another dropped catch.
 
Pace off is the key here, India got 4 spinners in their starting XI. I can't see Lizelle repeating Friday's feats. Going to be tough to chase down 250...
 
Raut running riot, 104(123)*, top knock!! Harmanpreet with a destructive 54(35)... 266/4, SA need 267 to win. Highly unlikely! But I said that about the last one too...
 
Should be a tough chase. We can't just rely on one person. Top order will need to fire as a unit.

Yeah, Laura and Lizelle once again will need to knock off at least 65% of the total required between them. I don't see them getting close today. 50 run + defeat incoming is my guesstimate.
 
Lizelle scored 59% of the teams runs in Friday's ODI. It was the knock of a lifetime. No ways we going to see anything like that from her again today. A 50 would be fantastic, just to set the innings up... and hopefully a big one from Laura. The pressure is on the 2 of them once again to deliver. Early wickets and we will be out of contention by the 15th over...
 
That 2nd ODI was a disturbing synopsis of what this team is capable of (or not capable of) if they lose Laura and Lizelle early...
