LOL. I think there are a lot of teams that are a little shaky when they know they have to play the Proteas. The Proteas have beaten the best and done it with style.
Some would argue that this is the most balanced side SA has ever had at a competition.
And yeah, SA can't seem to close a tournament, but who knows maybe this year is their year.

Yip, it's already been made official by killanoob and me, this year is the year of the chokers. NZ to win RWC and SA to win CWC...

Ok, first, do you know what balanced means? It doesn't mean strong. All it means is we have a good mix of players. Not just the batsmen and fast bowlers we usually take to WC.

Second, a win in cricket by 1 run is still a win last I checked. We beat the current top team in the world, so anything you say now just sounds silly.

I dunno about NZ someone else mentioned that. I think NZ are bigger chokers than us in terms of world cups because they are the best team by a country mile but struggle in world cups. I cannot really say we are the best team in the world and we have never been but NZ are generally a country mile better than anyone else until a world cup. If we win the world cup i am going to put 2k on NZ to win the rugga though

Mind you, coming second to Aus over the years is an achievement. Coming 4th is just useless...
