How wrong was I about Netherlands beating West Indies - one swallow doesn't make doesn't make a summer.

That's what I always say... I also thought the Netherlands would get close though. They were piss poor on the day. Unfortunate. Not really making much of a case for the minnows, hence the 10 team format for the next CWC...

If you are refering to the Netherlands game on Thursday, I would like to see Botha dropped and using Taahir and Peterson. Yes, Botha can probably bat better than Taahir, but he needs the exposure. How is someboday supposed to gain experience, if they don't play

Tahir is ill and most probably won't play this week.

Looks like all SA players are fit and ready!!
Pitch might be quicker than others, so they could go with 2 spinners and 3 seamers.

Would like to see SA bat first, so the boys can get some time in the middle. Netherlands will battle against Steyn and Morkel. Batting 1st I think they would battle to reach 100.

His action was reported a few years ago. It was found to be perfectly legal. What makes his action so difficult for the batsman is that he releases the ball almost directly in front of the umpire and this negates the effect of the sightscreen.

I saw him tonight on the news and his action looked different to when I last saw him bowl.
