What has bowling bouncers got to do with stumping someone out when the player got hurt.
Though it's within the rules, remember when cullinan was given out for giving bac the ball (Lara was capt).
In a similar way, getting a player out when he is hurt is not the gentlemen thing to do.
Depends on whether smith would have with drawn the appeal ifhe was out.
I also remember cringe withdrawing when one of the bowlers collided with a batsmen (it was fair)
