Hi
I am conducting research via a short online survey into CRM (Customer Relationship Management) adoption in smaller businesses in South Africa for my MBA. If anyone has used such a system (eg. Goldmine, Maximizer, Advantage, Salesforce.com, SugarCRM etc.) in any capacity, I would appreciate it if you could complete the survey. It takes 5 minutes and can be done anonymously.
