Started Tuesday after a nice lazy holiday. Can barely get down to open the garage door

So who's doing the open this year? :)

I'm thinking about it but I feel I would be disappointed with the results :o

Haha. You have to work off all those December mince pies :)

I've really been going at it hard this year (By my standard anyway) and I am happy with progress. Just got to keep it up. But honestly it isn't that difficult anymore, I am enjoying it thoroughly for some reason - despite the torture lol

Just doing it for fun!
And if I can get the SO to agree we'll do the LMS teams as well.

The Last Man Standing Nations Series 2017 is an online competition consisting of 4 WOWs (workout of the week) to be performed over a period of 4 weeks from 5 June to 3 July 2017.
The Last Man Standing Nations Series 2017 is open to competitors from around the globe.
The goal is to see competitors from all Nations competing against and with each other.
Last Man Standing hopes to see its borders expand to include Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and the UK.
Entry fee is R700.00 per team.
There will be 9 divisions to choose from: Competitor Elite/Rx, Competitor Intermediate, Competitor Beginner, Master beginner, Master intermediate, Master Elite and Teen beginner, Teen Intermediate and Teen Elite.
This will enable mass participation in a short window of time that will truly test every athlete, expose some goats and above all, leave every participant with a feeling of accomplishment and challenged to up their game in their box.

All entrants will receive a Last Man Standing Nations Series t-shirt.

I shy away from team WODs if I can. I'm uncomfortable having someone else relying on me to keep a certain pace that burns me out too quick :) My rest/recovery and pace is quite sporadic still so it doesn't suit a team format when I have to be on point. Even if there's supposed to be no pressure there always is :p

Friday necro.

Any crossfitter's left on MyBB, and will we see you at The Battle?

Shot, we were there as well but as beginner.
How was that worm?!

I've got some issues with mobility so I'm scared of going intermediate.

That worm was very tough, but I think removing the thusters for beginners was a good idea.
The rest of the weights/movements on intermediate were manageable (for me, at least)
But learning for me was making sure both girls are on the same level.

We practised the worm on Friday evening and it was heavy.
I heard some ladies got injured with it?

Considering joining CrossFit at Moove in Sunninghill. I’ll enquire today and hopefully will be ready to get going by next week.

Joh, thread necro.
Anycase The Battle is September 9th weekend. Looking forward to having my ass handed to me!

I did, but I'm in the master category, because of age not ability
