They were only fully operational at 14:13 and that from first notice at 9:50 so well before that already.

Sure other banks have had outages before but nothing as all encompassing as this where literally every single service of theirs both internal and external was dead for half a day.

Note that I know people on the inside.

I paid with my card for stuff at 9:00 and 11:00.

Nope. If anything, it should actually promotes NOT to go cashless.

Just imagine the impact it would've had if we were cashless. For starters, half the working class couldn't go to work.
