Cryptocurrency Mining

So, just go this via email from BitMain.

Did you guys know this:

Thor, does this chnage things in what you posted above?

Are you sure that is legit? I never got this Email.

She's sending me an invoice right now. I'll check the BTC address.

They are replying to my email after I had contacted their support email to find out what it costs to ship to Shanghai on Friday, but I only got a response now.

Hectic, good thing you checked. Also check here, not sure if that site is related, https://blog.bitmain.com/en/category/scambuster/

There emust be an insider at Bitmain sharing email addresses from their Zendesk help desk. I had only sent 1 email asking about policy to ship to Shanghai. Someone in the inside must have shared my address.

Ah, well. Good blog post material for my next blog.

If anyone here knows how to setup a quick reverse metasploit, I have this Tina chick waiting for me to confirm my Shapeshift is doen in the next 4 hours. Let's do a reverse TCP and install a RAT on he machine and then hijack all her BTC :crylaugh:

cryptocrane on amazon is a reliable seller but downside is a hefty price premium...imho you better off ordering through manufacturer. i know its a problem getting orders in before they sell out--keep checking their twitter feed on available units

So I heard today that antpool is officially mining BTC now. I'm wondering if this will revive the S9 antminer. I don't know much about BTC profitability but I imagine it might get better soon.

That price was R36000.00 yesterday, down from R58000.00 same batch, so this guy is trying his luck, total price for this unit from bitmain would be about R26000.00 including customs, I know because I order one, and I'm taking a huge risk because it might not be profitable by then.

Edit: I see the price has changed back to R36000.00 probably just my browser being funny.

I think all orders from October like mine we gambling but in the world of crypto there's always surprises..good and bad..here's to hoping another x11 coin rises in profitability so theres a backup plan. However someone in the west needs to work on modding these miners to mine other scripts

They're not built on generic processors so there's no modding them. What you could do is develop your own ASIC and have it manufactured in China. That's a possibility.

We've just re-defined 'in stock' it seems.
Either that or they're in stock but I'm mining with them until November before I chuck them out to you.

Or it means

"You pay me now, to secure one, and I'll buy Ethereum with your money until the ASIC arrives"

That's what I would do :crylaugh:
