I was somewhat lucky. I mined zen for quite a while. Think zen was sitting at 8-10$ when I started mining. It then dropped to 5$ish and stayed the for a while so difficulty dropped and I kept Mining. Few days back it climbed to 24$ and that’s where I sold.

Should have kept mining it initially. This surge caught me out. Difficulty is s bitch now. What you mining currently?

Yea the surge is due to the nodes. Node buy in is 42 zen and currently yielding 1.6 zen a day. Won’t last long though and profits will be down on the nodes.

All rigs pointing to NH at the moment. Am busy looking for something new to harvest. Bit of pain filtering through all these ****coins.

The price of Dash has crashed substantially. We can hope for a resurgence or for another X11 coin to surge in value..I am looking for a more powerful LTC miner quarter one 2018

I wouldn't buy one right now personally, it's a waiting game to see what's coming next year.

Well to be honest I'm waiting for some BCC to purchase a L3 with December delivery.

That and someone on Gumtree offered a D3 for 36k

I'll keep that in mind. Hopefully Bitmain still has available by the time the funds clear.

Add the 2.5 months before it lands and you're looking at nearly 8 months... and that's only if prices remain stable.

I was actually toying with this idea, and then rather dumping the $$$ into an S9. I don't know.

And in all fairness, 2 months ago you would have pocketed R80k+ a month on one. A lot can change very quickly. Looking at Scrypt, yes, it dropped a lot too, but it does seem to be a lot more robust than x11, at least at the moment.

NH calculator for the D3 is bugged. The daily returns look about right, the monthly doesn’t.
