Yes. Purely because the RX470 is the cheapest and hash powers are pretty similar.

Well price means nothing when there's no stock ;)
But back to my point, isn't the 470 lower than the 480 which is lower than the 580 hashrate wise?
Also, isn't the 580 just a bios modded 480?

Then I didn't understand the question or its relevance to the ROI on a Rx470?

Turns out no it's not, the RX 580 gives the same hashrate as the 480 but when dual mining it's twice as fast.

Haha, takealot just informed me that my order for the MSI 1070 x is cancelled, no stock. Bar-stewards.
