Luno has an option where you can enter your banking details and then request to cash out.
Can we teamviwer or share desktop or i dont know, maybe u can explain ?
I have looked, to fund their account and buy BTC or have ZAR in it is simple and straight forward
it doesnt show me how the heck to eft back to my bank thats what is it anoying

Thought rx460's are horrible?

Rx460 - affordability and good power consumption as are the 1050's the 750 ti would be great but he needs to get a 4GB model at least because 2 GB is not enough now for mining certain coins, i heard 3GB is still okay, thus the GTX 1060 3GB would be perfect and good performance for some coins - but more expensive, where the 1050;s are very good on power consumption.
If he can do RX470 then rather do that.

For some coins NVIDIA is better than AMD , but he can choose i guess.

Im still new to mining, and trying to learn more.

The worst mner i have ever come across is SGminer/CGminer and BFGMiner (old) they are horrible because they dont have proper help.
I am struggling with the algorithms , it doesnt say what the string arguments are..... example skein, sha256 whatever....
the screen just clears and doesnt give u any dam error.
I do have successful runs with Sgminer but overall the help is bull****.
CCminer is way better as it actually prints u the algos that it supports and it tells you how to pass it in the command line.
I mean SGminer is so popular and been around for ages but the help is ridiculous, it has a lot of details on gpu temp and fan speed and whatever but bugger all on the algorithms.

Also, the general opinion seems to be tat NVidia cards are inferior to AMD cards, or is that just brand loyalty talking?
Nvidia is a good brand its perception.
I would say they have far better website and far better driver support.

AMD is good for certain coins and NVIDIA is good for certain coins.
:) thats all i can share for now, i am learning myself.

www.minergate.com is a good starting place.
I am mining with my pentium LGA 775 cpu AEON coin and XMR with my GPU.
Taking forever but i am just getting the feel of it.

DJ , thanks so much u have made me feel like i mean something,

I was looking at "The basics" section and didnt even see the "Deposits and withdrawals" section.

Do you use them and are they decent? in terms of fees and stuff?
Do u suggest another place?

I have 174 rand i want to transfer... i really need the money , i know it sounds bad but ii really need it.
appreciate feedback and reply from my other q's

guys, who uses luno and is it easy to exchange from btc to zar , meaning eft to bank here still?
looks like a mission, i understand buying a btc but the site doesnt show u how the hell to btc -> zar process
1. Use cex.io
2. Deposit to your account
3. Buy coins (BTC or ETH)
4. Sell coins
5. Withdraw directly back to the card you've originally funded with

There is a R8.50 withdrawal fee into you bank account, as for selling there is a 1% fee for instant buying/selling your bitcoin.

Do they support Capitec for example.
Does it have a BTC address built in ?
