Cryptocurrency Mining

Can someone explain this to me? Should I keep it low?

It's a transaction fee. Gas is ether so you'll pay on a sliding scale based on how fast you want the transfer. (As I understand it).

Yeah, but like, does it matter how fast? If doesn't exactly give me an ETA.

Gas is ether? Dafuq. I hope it doesn't charge too much, I literally just wanna put 0.1 ether in another address book.

For those of you who run 1070s and MSI afterburn, I've had a few issues, just want to find out if any of you have experienced the same and what the workaround is?

Sometimes one of my GPU's disappear for no apparent reason?
Sometimes MSI Afterburn resets to default settings without intervention?
Nicehash crashes or can't connect showing zero mining but GPU's are still running at full power?

Never experienced any of your issues, not once. Same cards. Touch wood.

Could go with the new Sapphire mining cards

https://www.eteknix.com/mining-edition-sapphire-preorder/

Sapphire provides four versions of the RX 470 Mining Edition since they differentiate between those with Samsung GDDR5. Models using these Samsung ICs cost £10 more than the SKHynix version, whether it is the 8GB or 4GB variant. The Samsung version is projected to generate 25 to 28MH/s, while the SKHynix version generates between 24 to 27MH/s. Obviously, the clock speeds are adjustable so more performance is possible.

RX 560 4GB—£170
4GB RX 470 —£249
Samsung 4GB RX 470 —£260
8GBRX 470 —£290
Samsung 8GB RX 470 —£300

Is anyone here running the biostar tb250 btc board? If yes, is it possible to use the onboard graphics instead of the gpu? I'm struggling to get onboard working. Tried every possible setting in the bios but perhaps I'm missing something.

Don't think you can, think because it is limitation when you enable it for 6 gpu's .
