Cryptocurrency Mining

Can anyone please confirm the following syntax for me as far as mining Pascal in Nanopool with Excavator, straight to Poloniex:

excavator.exe -a pascal -s pasc-eu1.nanopool.org:15555 -u 5e7a8980bee220c1.86646-64.Worker1 -d 2 -ca

I can't seem to see any progress for my miner on the Nanopool website, so not sure if I'm just presenting the wrong syntax when querying the page for my worker status, or if it's completely wrong altogether.

It has accepted shares, but I'm not seeing any information. which bit do I need to query?

Nevermind, I'm a muppet.

Getting 32.413 on my R 9 290
Getting 12.402 on my 1050 ti - which I don't know how to OC yet.

R9 290 is running at 74 degrees, where as before it was at 67-69. I don't know if it's because of the heat being generated by the 1050ti or the -1 intake I have now.

1050ti is doing great at 56 degrees lol

My R9 290 ran at 94C with the default clocks and fan profile, and then sometimes thermal throttled. it was one of the first PowerColor ones with the blower fan.
For mining I changed the profile and clocks to keep it at ~87C and not sound like a vacuum cleaner.

damn son

well i read reviews saying it can handle 90+ so im probably fine
I jerry rigged a 80mm fan in with cable ties. Doubt it'll make a difference at temps tho

Not sure. But the fan only runs at 29%.

** edit after a while it goes to 35% , but maintains 78/79 degrees.

I took mine off of auto, the one time I forgot to put it on 95% it hit 90 degrees, now I just run it at 95% all the time. Sounds like a mini delta lol, especially since I got two GPU's in now. Got XFX double dissipation.

But at least I can wear a headset

Ok how did you do it. Are you running MSI afterburner or the likes. For the life of me I can't find a setting to control the fan speed on the standard Crimsom drivers.

msi afterburner, it has a slider that you can manually set the fan speeds

Sorry gents. On my phone so apologies if the pic is oversized

Apparently either my 1070 and 1050 are powered by cryptonite or NHM is broken
