Crysis Warhead your thoughts?

Gonna be none, my gamer is not online and it needs online activation bloody load of rubbish.

I think The only reason this game is around, is that Crytek need to recover from crysis... Crysis cost them something like 22million to make, and they just made that money back now... So what they doing is releasing a game that will help them make a tiny profit...

Funny thing is, Crytek, and the guys who make Unreal Tournament don't make that much money off their own games... they make their moola off the game engines :D...

But whats good is that Future games will be based on the CryEngine 2 :D
 
Got my copy this moring. Just quickly need to test a server here at work and them I'm of to whip some Korean but! :)
 
How about the multiplayer?
Something I love about Crysis is the Sandbox editor, wonder how that improved in this version. It's fun putting afew tornados in that physics level. Just a shame about the ragdoll thing, Stupid German law...
 
None of my system specs meet requirements :( , will this ever come to xbox?
 
Right, had quick look at both Warhead and Wars. 5sec review:

Warhead Pros:
1. It has better story line, more action.
2. More cutscenes
3. Psycho is a better character than Noobmad was.
4. IA has improved a little bit
5. Eye candy is a bit better, but remember, it's till Crysis...
Warhead Cons:
1. Did have a few errors; a) Fell thru a solid floor of a mobile office thing. b) Found some trees that white dots all around them.
2. DRM...

Wars changes, good or bad:
1. Vehicles drive better and dont break as easily;
2. Side to side movement is a bit more restricted, so no more violent straves.
3. The Noobtube (Nade Launcher) is alot more expensive
4. No Fire Ammo
5. Gaus is bought in the proto
6. Friendlies and enemies are marked alot clearer.


And thats what i saw in few minutes worth of playing. :)
 
I pre-ordered mine from take2. Still waiting for delivery [probably Monday].
 
Given me nothing but uphill trying to get it installed, shall go upstairs and see if it is ready for some xfire 4870 goodness :)
 
if you compare crysis to a game like farcry thats out soon, I just cant see why you want to buy it.. I personally think crysis is just not worth the hype, yes the game looks awesome, but thats about it.

I really enjoyed finishing it, twice. I also played it on a LAN and it was great fun. Hype? Maybe to some, but I really enjoyed the game.
