Just got a notification for unscheduled maintenance tonight. Hopefully this will herald an improvement.

And until you've been on the receiving end of a DDoS, you have no concept of how hard this is to fight.

I am sorry that you whiteknigthing this trash of ISP especially after they charge premium price for this **** service.
Also it cannot possibly take month to sort out DDOS attack and route ****ty traffic.
Whatever you say CW is garbage tier ISP after they swapped to evo

But they promised a resolution "within the next few days" 1 month ago. I told the guy I didn't believe him. Seems I was right.

I've been on the Evonet network for literally months. It's been brilliant, except when the ****er script kiddies get bored. And you're showing your ignorance of DDoS tech nowadays.

Yeah, I'm frustrated.

I'm also paying LESS than I would on any other ISP for the same package, so I'm not sure about your premium package assertion. Part of what's keeping me here is the price.

My problem is with the CW support. And feedback. Or the lack thereof. When I'm being told nothing is wrong while I can hardly use the service, then I get frustrated and trust goes out the window.

SMS. Been subscribed to their network notifications SMSs since day 1...

And yeah. Support is really really doing badly right now. I agree with you there.

Ah, thanks. I found the subscribe link. Again, if support directed me there, it would have also made a difference in my perception.

This is disgusting... An ISP under DDoS attack and it has no backup link... How does that inspire confidence in the customer base? Where is the CW of old that was built for the customers? That had customer service in mind. I wonder if Shaun ( think that was his name) up and sold us out...
