28% packet loss, bastards should refund customers for this whole month with this showing. Indefensible
 
Just chatted to support, pointed them to complaints here.

Apparently they are dealing with issue but no ETA.
If not sorted this week will have to cancel.
 
Stone dead account that you pay for - farking winning CW. Bloody pathetic bullsh*t and I hope now that everyone cancels and you sink.
 
Well problem here is that the ddos attacks are proving to be effective enough that its hurting them badly.
It's an ISP, they have one job. If they can't deal with it they are either lying, incompetent or don't have the correct architecture.

And/or the right people. DDoS mitigation since Apr 3? Unfortunately for CW, I get the impression that they do not have the means to deal with this. Or my perception might be as a result of their really poor communication with their customers. The lack of any CW support channel to deal and communicate with customers around this, will in my opinion hurt them more, than the actual network problems.
 
I see the network notices, apart from mentioning the DDoS bullshyte and 'degraded performance', makes out like it's all rosy. Meanwhile there is zero damn traffic at all on the account :mad:
 
I use vox now at half the price.

Haven't had a days issue since I switched from crystal web .

+1. Vox is working pretty well. Signup was a bit of a problem but they phoned to sort it out quickly. No complaints thus far.
