Strange to hear of everyones problems. I switched to the new Network 3 days ago and have not noticed any difference at all.

Browsing is speedy as always and Netflix, Youtube still streams at 1080p.

I said I'd give them a month or two but all this bad latency and the ongoing attacks and no news server replacement has now caught up, time to follow through with what I really didn't want to do

Here we go again. More than 25% packet loss.

Will Crystal Web be paying us our money back, seeing as we're not being supplied with the service we're paying for?

Yup. Just applied for a data only account with CISP as I can't deal with this ***, lack of service and transparency. Guess the attackers are back from vacation targeting [only] CW [and the clients] magically. Shameful that CW was great when it was run by Shaun, but ever since he left for EvoNet its just been downhill from there. Worst is having defended CW to the T and now this for repayment. So much so for being under the first 100 customers and trying to get them out there from day one. Its amazing how fast it can turn into a ****show seeing Shaun taking out OpenWeb and Mweb on the very they things they are screwing us over on. In any case I'm done and waiting on my CiSP details to have internet again. Thank God.
