My issue turned out to be quite interesting. Apart from having to change DNS to Google DNS servers. When my fiber was installed last year, I used my notebook to connect to the CPE, which registered its MAC address. I released the notebook MAC address, and since then the MAC address from the router was being used - with zero issues. When CW switched me to the EvoNet network the past weekend, my connection went dead. After a lot of swearing and trial and error, managed to get it working again by cloning my notebook MAC address to my router. No amount of releasing the IP from the router, or switching it off/on for long periods would make it work with the MAC address it's been using for months. The only MAC address that works is the one from my notebook.
