Everything looks great in terms of sync rates, SNR and attenuation despite obvious ping and down/upstream slowness (4mb line - http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/6299803757) . CW says the results of my WINMTR tests indicate my router is the issue...which is odd considering 1) The router is almost brand new and 2) my old router produces almost identical results.
I've relented and will be sending the new one back in favour of the one recommended by CW however I'm fairly certain the issue is on either CW or IS's side.
My results are also close to 3MB to 4MB so it's not just you, I am not sure why they would blame everything else if more than 3 people alone are reporting the same issue here. It's also a pattern, why would everything work fine and then only go wrong every day between 8pm and 11pm?

That settles it then. We are now being taken for a ride... past 5 days this is happening like clockwork. Crystal Web... please respond. This is getting out of hand now. I am getting 3MB on a 10MB Uncapped Account and can't even stream at 420p without it buffering every 10 seconds. It's also suspicious that it happens between 8pm and 11pm every day for the past 5 days.
I'm told by CW support that the AH account will begin to lag as well due to congestion on my side. Let's see what happens.
The excuses are getting a bit annoying now. Admit you are at fault and fix it.
I don't profess to be a network guru, but I know a few things and logically this does not all add up. Ironically this is exactly the same way I ended up leaving OW some years back after being able to demonstrate that the ISP portion had to be at fault rather than anything my side.

I've had the same experience with them and it seems that they have no intention of doing anything about it. I have since cancelled my service and will be moving on.
Do a test quick. Mine is back to normal again now. Right after it went 10PM. If yours is good now too then we know we both face the same issue.

Getting 1.1Mbps on a 4Mbps premium uncapped account. Trying to watch some youtube but its too frustrating!
From my tests most nights it goes crap from round 8 and almost as if it gradually betters in stages usually between 8 and 12...
20:00 - 22:00 : 0.5Mbps - 2Mbps
22:00 - +- 23:00 : 2Mbps - 3Mbps
23:00 onwards : 3Mbps - 3.9Mbps
Somebody should link this thread to support. No issues here, but clearly there's a big problem somewhere.
I certainly won't vouch for them again until they decide to do something about this crap.
I have already. I was told that the issues were probably coincidental despite me spelling out how unlikely this would be :wtf:
I even accepted that my exchange (confirmed as being a bit congested) may play a role in the poor performance I'm seeing lately, but the sudden and drastic speed issues in the evening around the same time as others really does point to at least a secondary issue unrelated to my side of things.
5 people on here have now claimed to all have the same issue in one night. That should tell them enough.
